1.
SELECTING YOUR APARTMENT
If
you have seen one or several apartments you are interested
in, please fill out and send us the request form with the
details of your
search and we will answer by return e-mail
as to the availability of the apartment(s) and the rental
rates for the dates you have specified.
If you
would like us to make a research for you among all our apartments,
including the ones which may not be presented on our website,
please also send us the request form detailing your
search and we will be pleased to help you in
finding the right accommodation.
2. RENTAL RATES
The weekly rental rates we quote are in Euros and are guaranteed
from the time of your booking. They include all taxes, utilities
(heating, electricity, gas, hot water
), linen and towels,
housecleaning before your arrival and after your departure.
If available, telephone is included for a restricted service
allowing incoming and local outgoing calls only. You will
have to purchase a phone card for your international phone
calls.
3. BOOKING
Once you have received confirmation of the availability and
rates of the apartment you've chosen, if you want to book
it, we will e-mail you our Booking Form, Rental Agreement
and deposit instructions.
- The
Booking Form will specify the address of the property, the
rental price, amount of security deposit, maximum number
of persons who may occupy the property overnight, and when
final payment will be due.
- The
Rental Agreement sets out in detail the terms and conditions
of the rental.
In order to secure your booking, you need to sign the documents
and fax them back to us, and to pay a deposit of 50% of
the total rental. If the booking is made within 45 days
of arrival, then the entire amount is due on booking. Confirmation
of a booking will be effective only when this payment has
been received.
4.
PAYMENT METHOD
We are sorry but we do not accept payment by credit card.
You can pay by bank transfer (swift is recommended) or money
transfer through Western Union. If you choose to pay by bank
transfer, we will forward you our bank account details. Banks
usually charge a 10 to 15 euros fee for any payment we receive
through wire transfer from abroad. Please make sure you add
this amount to your reservation deposit and specify to your
bank that you will cover the sending fees.
5. FINAL PAYMENT
The
remaining 50% of the rental amount are due 45 days before
your arrival. If the balance is not received by this due date,
we shall be entitled to cancel the booking and retain the
deposit. Upon reception of your final payment, we will send
you a rent receipt together with all necessary arrival instructions.
6.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A
security deposit specific to each apartment rental will be required
to cover the cost of any damage, breakage or missing items.
Its amount will be indicated in the Booking Form and shall be
payable the day of your arrival. If the final inventory of the
apartment does not bring to light any apparent problems, the
security deposit will be returned to you the day of your departure.
If damages are noted, the security deposit will be forwarded
to you within 2 to 3 weeks, after deduction of repair/replacement
costs or extra cleaning if the apartment was not left as expected.
7. CANCELLATION
In
the event of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded to
you in full if your cancellation is notified more than 45 days
before your arrival date.
Within 45 days of your arrival, we will return your deposit
or your balance only if we are able to re-rent the apartment
to someone else.
We strongly encourage you to take out a trip cancellation insurance
at the time of booking, to compensate you in the event that
you must cancel your plans and forfeit funds.
We are working with an insurance broker that provides a "Tenant's
cancellation Insurance" for a cost equal to 3% of the total
rental rate, to be paid together with your booking deposit.

8. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
You
may arrive and depart any day of the week, including on Sundays.
Arrival and departure times are flexible as well, to meet your
requirements as far as possible (depending on other guests departing
or arriving the same day).
One of us will meet you
at the apartment, to give you the keys and explain how to
operate appliances and anything else you might need.
